In a bustling city like Kyiv, where there are countless options for car rentals, SevenCars unmistakably stands tall and proud above the rest. From the moment of my initial inquiry to the moment I handed over the keys, their professionalism, commitment, and outstanding service remained consistently impeccable.
Communication is often a daunting task, especially when you’re in a foreign place. Yet, with SevenCars, there was an unparalleled clarity in every interaction. They left no room for ambiguity, answering each of my questions comprehensively.
I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight the extraordinary efforts of Pavel. Taking customer service to another level, he facilitated the drop-off of the car, a pristine latest model Mercedes E class, more than 500 km from Kyiv to the Romanian border, and all for a very reasonable fee. The car, it must be noted, was the very embodiment of perfection, mirroring its online image down to the last detail, with not a speck of dust in sight.
Their vast and impressive selection on the website is commendable, catering to a wide variety of choices.
And just when I thought their service couldn’t get any better, Vlad made sure to prove me wrong. Displaying exceptional dedication, he arrived the night before our scheduled meeting, ensuring he was there sharp at 6 am as we crossed the border.

Really good service! During a 2 week visit in central western Ukraine, we were looking for a way to get from Lviv Airport to a place 5 hours away, and then to get back 2 weeks later. We wanted to travel comfortably, including two infants, which is a bit of a challenge. Was happy to find 7cars online, with good reviews. Payment was smooth as can be, and the actual service was great, as it turned out we rented a “minivan with a driver” twice to get out and return. For the record, I’m quite a demanding type of customer who unfortunately get to write negative reviews. So it is a true pleasure to fully hearted give a fully positive review.

As we were only have 1 day in kyiv, we decided to get a car with driver to drive us around. After talking to a few car, agency, we decided to use 7cars as their response are the fastest as they answered each and every of my questions. I was really happy with our driver, Andrey, as he helped us to get into Mezhyhirya Residence. He also helped us to squeeze in all our luggage as we are travelling 1 month around eastern Europe. Thank you very much 7 cars and indeed they are very professional.
Since we only had one day in Kyiv, we opted for a car with a driver to explore the city.
