Yes, car rental for legal entities stipulates the right to drive a car by a person who has reached the age of 21 years and has a driving experience of 2 years or more. Therefore, any employee who meets these criteria may drive the vehicle.

When renting a car for an organization, a non-cash form of payment is used. The client pays the rental price on the basis of the invoice. Daily rental rates are indicated in the acceptance certificate in hryvnia including VAT and indicating the equivalent in US dollars. The rules of car rental for legal entities are described in the contract. The company accepts the car according to the acceptance certificate. The parties shall record its condition at the time of transfer. The client is obliged to return the car in the same condition at the end of the rental period specified in the act. By prior agreement the client-entity may: Travel to potentially dangerous regions (Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Kherson and other regions), but not more than 30-50 km to the contact line, subject to payment of an additional deposit. The time of stay in such territory is limited to 4 hours and exclusively during daylight hours. Going abroad: the list of countries is strictly defined by the Lessor and discussed individually (mainly, these are the countries that border with Ukraine and are members of the Schengen zone).

The client is obliged to notify about the desire to extend or suspend the rental period not later than 1 day before the scheduled date. It is also possible to “freeze” the rental period (in case of renting from half a year): for example, if you rent for 6 months, you can leave the vehicle for 2 weeks and use it later. If you rent from 12 months, then “freezing” is possible for 1 month, etc. You can discuss all the nuances with your personal manager.
